It's amazing how an idea can benefit so many people

Living on auto-pilot

wake up, 

brush up,

travel,

work,

lunch, 

work,

(meetings in between)

work,

travel,

shower,

dinner,

work, 

Internet,

sleep,

rinse, 

repeat..

 

oh wait, 

when was the last time I call home,

calls home,

rinse, 

repeat..

oh wait,

it's..

rinse, 

repeat..

over and over again, putting important part of my life on autopilot as a way to cope with being over committed and stressed out. 

Surely, there must be ways to shake things up, make living a little bit more interesting?
